As Tritium prepared for transformation under new ownership after the strategic acquisition by Exicom, they partnered with Brightsmith to lead a global search for a new CEO and CFO to take the helm. Facing tight timelines, reputational challenges, and complex requirements, we delivered a high-transparency, multi-stage process across global time zones with the hiring team across the N. America, Europe, Asia and Australasia. We conducted market mapping of over a hundred global profiles, deep-dived consultations & assessments, and ran a rigorous, highly comprehensive interview process and managed complex negotiations.
We worked closely with stakeholders across Tritium and Exicom to align on role scope, leadership priorities, and cultural expectations.
